Webb & Wolf was started in 2012 by E. Jacob Wolf. Mr. Wolf is the firm's Principal Member. Mr. Wolf started the firm when his former employer, Webb & Blitz, LLC, closed its doors upon the retirement of its owner, Thomas E. Webb. Mr. Webb retired after practicing in the Baltimore area for more than 40 years. Mr. Webb acts as a consultant to the new firm for non-legal matters.
E. Jacob Wolf is a graduate of University of Baltimore School of Law, where he earned a J.D./M.B.A. Jacob is a licensed mediator.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Towson University.
Jacob's training and education in both business and law allow him to provide expert advice and advocacy to all clients. When Jacob is not practicing law or offering business advice, he enjoys brewing beer and golfing.
Jacob lives in Baltimore with his wife, Robyn. He is a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity.
Eric J. Blitz, formerly of Webb & Blitz, is Of-Counsel to the firm and provides legal services as needed to the firm and its clients. Mr. Blitz practices in the areas of municipal, corporate, estate planning, and government relations and election law.
